WIN: Free Lunch at PUMP Energy Food!!!

July 18, 2008 by Feisty Foodie 28 Comments

I have a couple of free lunch vouchers to give away for PUMP Energy Food. All you have to do to enter is leave a comment with your email address (you can use the [name]AT[host]DOT[com] convention or however you like, to avoid spam-crawler-bots)… and why you like to eat healthy.

Good luck!!!

***I need the email address because otherwise how can I contact you to let you know you’ve won, and find out where I can send the vouchers? Duh…

Edit: You HAVE to give your email address in your comment or you will not be entered! I can’t contact you if you don’t give it. Winner(s) will be chosen at random sometime next week, so check back often 🙂

I try to eat healthy especially during the week. During the week I try to eat a salad every day for lunch and to be done with eating by 10pm.

Mmm the place looks good to me, it has a nice concept.

Basically me trying to eat healthy is not snacking. Besides that, I try to look for food that are freshly made yet still on-the-go especially for busy lunches.

    Thanks!

Sounds interesting! I recently lost 30lbs, so I am trying to keep up a healthy lifestyle. It will be fun to actually eat out and not worry (too much) about the food.

I’ve been trying to eat healthy because I am realized my metabolism has been slowing down and I want to ensue a strong healthy body AND I just got engaged so I’m taking small steps and making smart choices to ensure that I’m a hot bride on my wedding day.

Hi Yvo! Thanks for all your comments (you’re the only one so far *sniff* haha). I actually made the banner myself with my obsolete design skills. I could attempt to make you one if you want. Send some photos, measurements and any criteria and I’ll give it a shot. 🙂

Eating healthy just makes me feel better- I particularly try not to eat out too much for lunch and try to cook as much as possible. Cooking for myself ensures that I have control over the ingredients I am putting into my body.

I try to eat healthy simply for my well-being. The more I take care of my body now, hopefully the less health issues I’ll have to deal with later on in life. Like most others that commented, I feel generally better when I’m eating light.

I try to make a conscious effort to eat healthy (i.e., fresh and as little processed food as possible) because, in the long run, it makes me feel much better. It also helps maintain my weight without resorting to diet foods!

Mm, I would love to try it out.

Eating healthy feels much better than feeling like you’ve just swallowed a bucket of grease. I prefer not feeling as if something is sitting as a lump in my stomach. I always feel more active and awake when I eat healthily too.

I eat healthy (in spite of the efforts of my co-workers to lead me astray) because I have soooo much to do, I need a lot of energy to get through the day. The better I eat, the better I feel and the more I get done.

    Thanks!

Ah, pump! I’ve been wanting to try it b/c my coworker raves about it… I usually go for some unhealthy ML recommendation on the few instances a month I buy my lunch. Anyway I eat healthy b/c I was a fat kid and inevitably the pendulum swung towards the opposite direction. Also I’m a big hippie. my email:

I have a confession to make: I actually don’t eat healthy. It’s not that I don’t l like to, but I usually have no time or money to do so. I’ve found that a lot of healthy foods tend to be more expensive – whether I’m buying or making from scratch, and I oftentimes grab the burger because counting calories takes too much brain space. I have been motivated recently to take better care of my health (it’s great to have a boyfriend who loves you even if you gain weight, but that’s no reason to let yourself go!) so this would be a great opportunity.

This place has been a regular spot for me since I moved into the city about five years ago. One of my favorite items is the Hurricane. I find that is a well balanced meal and full of flavor and fun. I’ve never had a dish like this anywhere else. Sometimes in the afternoon I get a Mocha Rocket Shake. Their version of the coffee shake that is light and I really appreciate them for making a coffee shake that is not a bust for my diet. Fitness is an important part of my life.

I eat healthy right now because I have to. Acid reflux is a mofo.

But I did try to eat healthy in the past as well, just because reading about how food comes to our plates really freaked me out (Fast Food Nation, anyone?).
