Not even a real recipe, but to prove I’ve been cooking here and there.
Remember this? Well, I’ve been making it once every other week or so since I first made it, but changing it slightly each time (and discovering the first time was actually the best…). So… this was yet another go at it, with fire roasted tomatoes, a little bit of crushed red pepper, some frozen peas, and fresh-picked basil sliced on top. Yes, I mixed it with ricotta afterwards, but it just didn’t have the oomph needed to carry this dish.
I’m afraid I will forever need to make it the way I did that first time.
Ah well… can’t be that bad!
