I have so much for which to be thankful, but because this is a food blog, I’ll keep the theme. I’m thankful for the ability to write about food, and the fact that there are people out there who read what I write (even if they don’t make their presence known), I’m thankful there are so many out there who also write about food, both poignantly and not so poignantly, some with pictures and some without, but all with their own perspective on food.
I’m thankful that I can eat, taste, enjoy and afford to eat all that I do, and thankful that I can share what I eat with everyone on the Internet by way of my digital camera. I’m thankful that I have so much to eat, so much to cook, and thankful for all things food.
I’m thankful for the people in my life, without whom I would have to eat alone, and who share with me the joys of food that I’ve yet to know, and that I can share my joys with as well.
I’m thankful for everyone who reads this, and many who won’t as well.
I’m thankful for… everything, really. I’m thankful that this is my life because I wouldn’t have it any other way.
