I recently had the great pleasure of meeting Rossham Bin Rusli, a Malaysian Master Chef, and listening to him while he demonstrated how to make several very traditional Malaysian recipes. As you may have realized, I’m on a real Malaysian kick lately and have been eating it practically non-stop, to my deliciously tingled tastebuds. It started with the Malaysia Kitchen Rendang Cook-Off and hasn’t stopped – and luckily, as part of Malaysia Kitchen‘s initiative to bring Malaysian food to more people, this event was arranged – an intimate cooking lesson from one of Malaysia’s best chefs. I learned a lot, and was even able to walk away with some goodies to help me start cooking Malaysian food sometime in the near future… expect to see some recipes, hopefully sooner than later!
Please note that I attended this event courtesy of Malaysia Kitchen, but was under no obligation to post about it positively or negatively and received no monetary compensation for it. Thanks again to Malaysia Kitchen for inviting me!
