Il neige. It’s not the easiest to see the snow in this picture, but any NYC person will tell you that today, it snowed.all.damn.day. Starting some time on Thursday and pretty much all day today, it snowed. I of course made a soup of sorts (though I’ve been informed that because there is little to no broth, I cannot call it soup anymore; fine it’s stew!) to last me through the weekend. Pulled pork green chile stew except I conveniently left out the green chiles (I BOUGHT them, which is a huge win for me, but I left them out on purpose). Leftover pulled pork tossed into an incredible mixture… well, the recipe is coming soon, never fear my pretties…
Despite the nasty weather and my car getting plowed into its spot very tightly, I had a lovely warming day indoors, working and eating my stew. Nommy!
