Another bowl of soup, you ask? Well, as I said yesterday, I love making soup. And it turns out, I’m quite adept at it. BF was not feeling well, so I offered to make him some soup, whatever he wanted. He boringly suggested chicken noodle, which I obliged, but after our grocery run, I described the veggie soup I’d made yesterday, and he said “Oh damn, that sounds really good, I wish you’d said something before.” Grrrrrr! In any case, the above is my super delicious chicken ditalini soup. The broth came out really buttery, even though I used no butter. It was actually a lot tastier than I’d imagined it would be – I mean, I knew I’d achieve sort of what I wanted, but it came out even better than I’d expected. Yummm! I received high praise and marks for this one. And yes, he’s feeling better today, after monster bowls of the soup and a lot of cuddle time with his baby (that’s me). Back rubs and all… 🙂 Hehe.
Don’t worry, I’ll probably eventually post a recipe of this. It was super simple and super delicious.
A good day, aside from BF being sick. Oh! and watched All About Steve, which was just about awful as I’d expected (pretty damn bad). Blegh.

The veggie soup does look good but there’s fresh chicken and pasta in this bad boy! No doubt, move over campbell’s.
