Quickie post today!
Another class at Murray’s Cheese – this time, the Harmony of Cheese & Wine, a class all about pairing cheeses with wines and how to create your own pairings. Answering a lot of my previous questions, and complete with a hand out that should help me in the future when I want to create my own cheese plate, this was yet another fantastic class that I really enjoyed.
Just in time for the holidays, the new class schedule has gone up. Perhaps a gift certificate for a friend? And why would you send your friend to class alone, sign up two spots, one for yourself to go with your friend 😉 Here is their uber helpful gift guide!
Also, there’s a contest going on right now at Midtown Lunch, to win a tray of meats (just saying that sends shivers up my spine) worth $150! Click here for the details. I’m being nice, honestly, posting that, since I’ve entered and REALLY want to win… so back up off my combo, yo! Hehe.
Happy eating!!!
***Disclaimer: I attended this class free – the kind people at Murray’s read my previous review and contacted me to let me know that the above class was more what I was lookin for with my previous complaints; it was priced at $65.
