A friend of mine gifted me with a Groupon to Katsuno a while back, knowing how much I’d enjoyed it when I went the first time. Directly following my trip to Peru, I left on a research trip to the West Coast for two weeks. What was I researching? Glad you asked: a book on Stadium Eats! After a rave review from Kevin over at Downtown Lunch, the Spicy Ninja and I headed over to check out this ‘good ramen’ from a generic deli. Per usual, true to his name, Spicy Ninja chose the spicy chicken ramen with egg. This is what he got. CSA stands for Community Supported Agriculture. Essentially, one purchases a ‘share’ in a local farm – much like the stock market, one then has a vested interest in seeing the farm succeed. Dividends/pay outs come in the form of produce – vegetables and sometimes fruit.
