Back towards the beginning of the year, CT and I learned that CT’s Sister’s Sister-in-Law would be getting married in Panama at the end of July. Why Panama? The Bride’s parents live down there now full-time. We learned that Panama has a huge ex-pat population mostly because it is so cheap and the U.S. Dollar is the functional currency down there. Tuesdays with TT: Big Indian BBQ

This past Spring, CT’s parents finished putting in a patio in their backyard in New Jersey. This included a huge built-in grill, sink, and a portable tandoor oven. The best way to break all of this in is to have a big party of course. Mitsuwa, again

On our way back from the lovely Ms. Hungry’s (Mrs. Meat & Potatoes now I guess?) wedding, Dean & TC – who graciously accompanied me on the drive to/from the wedding locale – wanted to stop by Mitsuwa, having never been in the past.  Mitsuwa virgins?!  So I punched the address into the GPS and there we went for some Japanese grocery shopping and grub… after they both stuffed themselves silly at the hotel breakfast buffet.  Silly boys.  We wound up all getting food from Katsuhama, where I’ve posted about twice - what can I say, I love deep fried meat?  [...]
