Today’s lunch: ribollita. It is pretty warm out, but I love this ‘spring cleaning’ stew/soup I’ve made quite a few times in the past – cheese rinds, cheesy goodness, I just love it. Mmm. This is part of a project I’m working on that you will all hear about soon, I hope. Lovely lunch, lovely meal, lovely food… I live a blessed life. I need to remind myself of that sometimes when I’m sad or unhappy but overall… I know it’s true. My life is awesome.
Cool. Who needs the Soup Nazi when Yvo’s in town? ;P
Looks good! I want a piece of italian bread and dive into that bad boy.
