Cherry cheddar muffins; the perfect breakfast. Fresh made the night before, then split in half and toasted lightly before being buttered and sprinkled with sea salt. Nommy-licious. I will be posting the recipe but – and bear with me, because you all know I don’t bake well or often – it needs some tweaks, and I’m not that confident about tweaking baked good recipes. Boo. These little babies started off an amazing day: both my classes for the day were cancelled because of the snow, so I puttered around at home, cleaning a bit, reading a bit, working a lot. Then I got ready for my Valentine’s dinner (a few days early because V-day coincides with the lunar new year this year, which I celebrate with my family) with the most wonderful boyfriend in the world. Mmm. The total experience.
