Enjoy a cooking demonstration by well-known chef, Mitchel London, and then sit down to enjoy a three-course dinner of the demonstrated meal.
This Fairway event, which will take place monthly, is part of an ongoing effort to bring www.discoverfairway.com – the store’s new website – to a live setting. The site features new webisodes each week with Fairway experts to help shoppers save money and time and provide valuable information on cooking, entertaining and other food-related topics.

Mitchel London, Chef de Cuisine for Fairway Market, was Mayor Ed Koch’s official chef at Gracie Mansion for seven years. He also is the owner of Mitchel London Foods, a catering and pastry business, and two restaurants in Manhattan – Mitchel London’s Pizza and Mitchel London’s Burgers and Cupcakes.
Assisting Mitchel will be Dan Glickberg, the fourth generation member of the family that founded Fairway Market. He will gladly answer any questions about this legendary NYC grocery store.
