A sad view as I stumbled home from ML HH – a solitary Mets hat, clean, almost brand new, chucked in, strange after we’d just won two games of a doubleheader… but there it was. I felt sad for my team. Ya gotta believe, friend – ya gotta believe!

Baseball!!! Per usual, David Wright’s first at-bat of the night. The game wound up being rained out after 5 innings (therefore, an official game), and we scurried on home to catch some much needed sleep, but we won, 1-0, and I guess that’s what matters in the end – chalk it up for a win.

And of course, yummy food

BF and I headed out to the “new” outlets at Deer Park / Tangers, and as I walked around, I caught sight of a bunch of teenagers singing and dancing, promoting some musical that ‘is the next High School Musical’ or some ish. I just snapped a photo and kept going… so I could laugh at them but not in their faces

Also, good shopping. We bought a decent amount of stuff. Hooray for new clothes!

On a Friday night, 15+ Midtown Lunchers gathered at Hyo Dong Gak to eat Korean-Chinese food. My darling MM was wearing a white shirt, so she tucked a napkin into her collar to prevent the brown sauce from splattering down her front. So cute! Another awesome night filled with good food, a lot of alcohol, capping off with karaoke – She Thinks My Tractor’s Sexy and I’m on a Boat! Awesome friends = awesome times
