Project 365: Day 68

Project 365: Day 67

Don’t you love it when plans come together?  I’d intended to have dinner with a few ex-coworkers, mentioned it to a few friends, and it ballooned into a huge gathering.  Pretty cool.  I always love seeing friends I haven’t seen in a while, catching up, talking about things… boys, boys, boys.  We hit up K-town for dinner, then a nearby pub, then a wine & chocolate bar… lots of hook-up attempts, lots of chatter, fun and … FOOD.    How it should be!The above?  Belgian chocolate covered strawberries compliments of the maitre’d at the wine & chocolate [...]

Project 365: Day 66

Today’s lunch: ribollita.  It is pretty warm out, but I love this ’spring cleaning’ stew/soup I’ve made quite a few times in the past – cheese rinds, cheesy goodness, I just love it.  Mmm.  This is part of a project I’m working on that you will all hear about soon, I hope.  Lovely lunch, lovely meal, lovely food… I live a blessed life.  I need to remind myself of that sometimes when I’m sad or unhappy but overall… I know it’s true.  My life is awesome.  What is Project 365?

Project 365: Day 65

A giant platter of roasted cabbage with bacon.  Come on.  Tell me there is something that looks better than that.  You can’t.  You just can’t… mmm, making healthy foods unhealthy, that’s me.  You’ll see the whole meal soon enough… I’m working on a new project/series that I’m really excited about and can’t wait to unveil… it will be an awesome one!  I promise!  You’ll see…In the meantime, nom on that   What is Project 365?
