Clearly I haven’t been eating out a lot lately, hence the lack of posts, nor cooking anything new. After the new year, however, exciting news and exciting plans will be announced… and Feisty Foodie will once again be updated more regularly! In any case, after the last dance class of session 1, my friends/fellow classmates decided to have a graduation dinner. For HB’s recent birthday, the old FC reunited to take her to AOC, her last FC pick- we didn’t get up to it before we disbanded. Per usual, StB ordered two appetizers to make her meal. The above were her escargots, which she said were good, but I don’t believe she was WOW’d by them. Somehow, a combination of intuition, foresight, craziness, someone or other (it wasn’t me) had their finger on the pulse of the NYC Foodie World, and about a month ago, we scored reservations to Resto for last night. (For those of you not in NYC, or who don’t give a hoot about the NYC Foodie World, the New York Times’ restaurant critic, Frank Bruni, dropped his review of Resto yesterday.)
