Clam pizzas are kind of troublesome to me. I heart clams and pizza, but considering the high heat of a pizza oven, the clams seem more likely to toughen and overcook than not. And I agree, a $22 pizza had better have a lot of visible clams! Mmmm, the apps sound a lot better than the pizza.
