		<description>Okay, sift the dry ingredients if the cupcake recipe doesn&#039;t already call for that (it&#039;ll lighten the texture), and if it&#039;s a chocolate cupcake recipe, bloom the cocoa as I described above before you continue with the recipe.  I would also increase the vanilla or whatever flavoring the cake uses. I&#039;ve never converted a cupcake recipe to a full cake recipe, and it&#039;s really interesting to me.  Let me think some more on this and get back to you.</description>
