Another Sunday of cooking all day… I love it. I spend all day Sunday cooking and eat the leftovers throughout the week… today was no different. Good stuff. Here’s my roasted broccoli, which came out less broccoli-candy-like than I prefer, but still delicious, because I <3 broccoli. Nommm! Big platters of St. Patty’s Day treats, pictures and full post to come… chomp chomp chomp!
