A delicious cocktail infused with Earl Grey… a splash of ginger ale… I don’t really remember what else was in it, but I do remember it was awesome and I totally would go back just to order this drink, Evidence. Might I add – sorry to throw in a mini-review here – that each component of the cocktail worked amazingly well with each other component to create something greater than the sum of its parts? I mean, really. I don’t drink cocktails often because they’re usually not well-thought-out and just meh. One ingredient will shine and it’ll be the one you read in the list that you weren’t too keen on but liked everything else. This was a pleasant delight… I will be back.
Friday night. Gabbing with the girls for hours, hopping from place to place looking for dinner… Knife + Fork FAIL btw – lots and lots of drinks and a TON of great conversation… getting home around 1 or so… a blissful night, back to my routine from months ago… Fridays are reserved for girlfriends! Love it! Yet another great day and night. <3
