Anyways some 5 years later I now live in Oregon and I still regularly crave this cart (or one very similar). I was just now searching to see if I could find some recipes to recreate her at home. Its like 2 blocks from my office. In the afternoons there is a fried chicken cart right next to them and when i go home i cant breath trhough my nose cuz i might attack and eat all the chicken on the cart!
