Thanks for wonderful post. I'm a great fan of New York Yankees and often visited Yankee stadium. I prefer having food at Umbertos Clam house Bronx whenever we visit to Yankee stadium. They also have special Discount for Yankee ticket holder.

OMG!! We were at Yankee Stadium yesterday (we live in Harrisburg, PA but we are orignal NY'ers) and my husband and I each had a Lobell's sandwich and it was amazing!! There was so much meat on the sandwich that I didn't need to eat for the rest of the day!! And it was amazingly tender!

You seem to know something about the Y.S.food concessions. Are the food concessions the very same ones that Y.S. had in the 70's? It looks like all the old concessions just transferred over to the new Y.S. In the 70's I had some delicious Greek fare but can't remember the name of the concession. Having a senior moment. Can you tell me what the concession was called. I will be visiting N.Y. from Canada once again in August and would like to go to the Y.S.
