ngau lam mein – it’s the Beef Brisket Noodle Soup
I usually translate it as beef stew noodles myself since I was never sure but beef brisket is what it is! You can even google it online to confirm. I usually eat the same dish with wontons in it. MmMmMm.
Those dumplings look alright.

Just a FYI, went there today and the dumpling skins aren't handmade. They had 3 packs of the wonton factory gyoza wrappers out. It's good nevertheless.
