I was so surprised to find this post. This is exactly the way I make my grilled cheese sandwiches. It makes me happy that there is another creative eater in NYC.

okay, two things.
1) you ate this for breafast – crazytown!
2) do you have any other apple pairing suggestions, or is fugi def the way to go?
